Inspired by the founders of Tim by Harries, Tim Groeneweg and Harrie Baas, Flavored and Branded developed the branding, menus, website and handled the implementation on the façade and windows. Already the next best thing in Rotterdam and they’ve only just begun. Tim by Harries is old school meets new school, a fusion of two worlds: the art of hosting and the craft of cooking. The dishes of chef Tim Groeneweg meet the hospitality of Harrie Baas. Two different backgrounds, one shared vision. Tim by Harries stands for quality gezelligheid and gezellige quality — whatever that means, you’ll feel it the moment you walk in. The best of both worlds. A cliché, sure, but in this case, true.
