From shipyard to harbour of fun. After years as an iconic shipyard and later a brewery, De Werf is setting sail on a new course in April 2025. A fresh direction, an updated offering — but with all the beloved elements that made this place what it is. A place built to celebrate life.A playhouse where friendly competition takes center stage, an eatery where comfort food does all the talking — no fuss, just seriously good. And a bar packed with craft beers, great wines and cocktails. De Werf is made for small get-togethers and big groups — but above all, it’s made for pure fun. Every season, every day. Flavored and Branded had the honour of coming on board early, contributing to the concept development and the full branding process. We defined the concept story, positioning, key message and motto — followed by a full brand translation. We created both the verbal and visual identity: from tone of voice to visual language, from staff clothing to the custom mascots. De Werf also asked us to bring the branding to life on location — making sure everything connects and the concept truly comes alive.
